Our property is a charming, traditionally built house crafted from the iconic white stone of Brač, renowned for its beauty and durability. Located just a 5-minute walk from the lively city center, it offers a tranquil retreat, surrounded by stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Hvar, the port of Bol, and the Hvar Channel. Each apartment features a private balcony or terrace, perfect for enjoying the spectacular scenery. Guests can also make use of our dedicated barbecue area, where you can prepare meals using firewood in true Dalmatian tradition or opt for a coal grill. While the apartments do not have washing machines, we provide a complimentary laundry service—simply hand over your clothes, and we’ll take care of the rest. All apartments are fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. The price includes all utilities, local tourist tax, final cleaning, fresh bed linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi, we’re Marin and Dea, and we’ll be your hosts during your stay in our family home. Our parents also live here year-round, but since they don’t speak English, we take care of all guest interactions. Before your arrival, I, Marin, will handle all communication to ensure your check-in goes smoothly and answer any questions you might have. I currently work as a Project Manager in Zagreb, so I’m available to assist you remotely. Once you arrive, my sister Dea, who is studying Law at the University of Split, will usually be the one to welcome you and help with anything you need during your stay. We’re here to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we look forward to hosting you!

For added convenience, a highly-rated restaurant is just 50 meters away, and supermarkets are within a 3-minute walking distance, making it easy to enjoy local cuisine or stock up on essentials. Bol is renowned for its natural beauty, including the famous Zlatni Rat Beach, one of the most stunning and unique beaches on the Adriatic coast. The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities, from water sports and boat trips to hiking and cycling trails that showcase the breathtaking landscapes of Brač. The nearby port of Bol makes it easy to take a day trip to the enchanting island of Hvar or other nearby destinations, adding even more variety to your stay.
