****This fabulous villa with heated pool will not leave you indifferent. Fenced closed courtyard, terrace with pool, barbecue area, free parking and WiFi is what makes this house attractive to many guests. ****The house includes three modern and comfortable apartments ideal for family groups. Each apartment has air conditioned living room and bedrooms, TV/SAT, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, bed sheets and towels. The owners also live in the house. Pets are not allowed.**** There are three apartments in the house: One 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, One 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with private terrace and grill, and one 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor *** NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE *** Swimming pool and grill can be used by all the guests in the house 9 – 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.
