The location is unparalleled, offering a short walking distance to the beach, sea, restaurants, bars, and the historic Split Old Town.  The ground floor boasts two large living rooms, a library room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped open kitchen with amenities such as a cooker, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher.  Enjoy a beautiful open veranda with a southward view of the city and partial sea views. The porch is furnished for ultimate relaxation. The west entrance leads to a vast garden, an olive tree hill, and a swimming pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas on the 750 sq.m. plot. For additional relaxation in the villa there is a jacuzzi.
