This wonderful villa is located in Liznjan, which is a part of Medulin Riviera. It consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living room and kitchen with dining area, so as a separate toilet. Outdoor space provides a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ is located next to the terrace. Free private parking is available on site, so as Wi-fi and air conditioning.
Liznjan is a peaceful place far from the city noise. The beach is in walking distance - 1000 m. It has a lot of nice restaurants, including the ones that are close to the villa: Konoba Galiola and restaurant and pizzeria Stari Ribar (Old Fisherman)., which are 200 m away . Nearest market Anita is 200 m away. Liznjan has to offer a lot of activities: tennis, squash, golf, volleyball, basketball, kayaking, wind surfing, fishing, sailing, mountain bike, climbing, and much more. Ranches Istra Star and Samy's Ranch are located in Medulin, which is 3 km away. Bike routes 333 and 315 are located nearby.
