Villa Maxim is a beautiful detached villa with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The villa features a heated private swimming pool with sun loungers, a large garden and two terraces where you can barbecue and play darts. There is also free Wi-Fi, and on-site parking for two cars. You’ll never be bored, as there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, such as hiking, cycling, quad biking, diving and boat trips. The villa comprises two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and two bathrooms – one with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, and the other with a separate toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided at the villa. Rovanjska Beach is a 7 minute walk from the villa, Paklenica National Park is 12 km away, and the beautiful city Zadar is 22 km from the accommodation. Villa Maxim is perfect for families seeking peace and quiet but also a sense of adventure. Villa Maxim is ideal for families seeking peace and privacy, yet wanting to be close to the beach and local activities. Couples wishing to relax and enjoy the Adriatic coast will also have a wonderful holiday here.

Rovanjska is a picturesque village located in a small bay on the edge of the Velebit Mountains. For water sports enthusiastics, hikers and mountaineers, this is the place to be! Our villa has an ideal location and you can make many trips to the famous National Parks and other places of interest. Dobro došli (welcome) in our fully furnished villa with your own private pool.
In this beautiful place Rovanjska you can visit the Modric Cave and the Church of Sv. Juraj (St. George), a beautiful example of old Croatian architecture. Nearby there are 3 nature parks (Velebit, Telascica and Vransko Jezero) and 5 national parks (Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica, Krka and Northern Velebit), the river Zrmanja which is ideal for rafting, canoeing or tour boat to take a trip. A visit to the Nikola Tesla Museum in Smiljan is also worthwhile! Would you like to visit a traditional large market? Then the Sajam (large monthly market in Benkovac) is highly recommended (every 10th of the month) only 35 minutes drive from Villa Maxim!
