Istrabook is a local travel agency owned by Ferien Adriatic d.o.o., specializing in renting quality private villas with swimming pools. We work directly with the villa owners to ensure our clients the best service and value. Our mission is to ensure our guests a completely relaxing vacation. We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our clients with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and all have the permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our employees in property management, Tina Haid and Claudio Jurak, who speak German as their mother tongue, are your contact persons and can also be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

In Tinjan, near Porec, is Villa May. This charming villa was built to offer you a wonderful holiday in the picturesque Istrian countryside. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area as well as a bedroom, guest toilet and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. This spacious fully air-conditioned villa offers enough space for up to 9 people. The outdoor area will amaze you with its idyllic and loving furnishings. Enjoy the sunny days by the pool, relax on the sun loungers and prepare a delicious barbecue in the summer kitchen with charcoal grill. For entertainment there is darts, table tennis and for our youngest guests a children's playground. The plot offers private parking and is completely fenced. We wish you a nice holiday in our Villa May.
