Please note before you book: The villa is placed in a quiet village and offers tranquillity. If you want to party and organize gatherings, please reconsider your holiday plans. Loud music, parties and events are not tollerated. It is situated only 15 minutes drive from Porec and sea.

If you want to relax, enjoy clean air and greenery around you but at the same time you want to have easy and fast access to other towns in Istria, this is the perfect location for you. Situated far enough from busy roads and crowded tourist places, it is still close enough if you want to experience the summer in Istria.
