Villa Melassy smještena je u blizini popularnih zanimljivosti poput plaža Ratac i Biloševac te glavne gradske plaže. Najbliža zračna luka Split ,udaljena je 95 km, a objekt uz nadoplatu organizira prijevoz iz - do zračne luke.
Novo izgrađena vila u Makarskoj, sa prekrasnim pogledom na otoke Brač i Hvar i grad Makarske. Vila je podjeljenja na 6 jedinica gdje se se može primit od 4 do 6 osoba. Svaka jedinica je zasebna apartmanima - svaki apartman je klimatiziran, sa SMART TV -SAT ,WIFI,sefom, kupaonica sa tušem i sušilom za kosu, te perilca za rublje i te komplet opremljena kuhinja sa perilicom za suđe. U dvorištu ville nalazi se veliki komforni osvjetljen bazen ,tuš, ležaljke ,fotelje i suncobrani . Tu je i veliki i mali stol za 8 osoba i roštilj . Novo izgrađena i moderna villa u centru grada sa prekrasnim pogledom na more ,otoke Brač i Hvar i grad Makarsku. parking mjesta za sva vozila , osigurana su dvorštu iza kuće. Boravak u našoj villi , uživat će te u najljepšem zalasku sunca,ispijajući domaće vino i grijati lica u posljednjim zrakama sunca.
