The villa is a summer holiday rental in the peaceful area with pine woods around. It is situated 250 m away from the sea and belongs to the borough of Medulin (although it is much closer to Pula - 4 km, than to Medulin - 10 km). The villa is ideal for families and couples. The most beautiful beaches and happenings can be found in the range from 1 to 10 km, therefore the location is ideal for the ones who prefer peace and quiet, but with possibility to change that within few minutes. Nearby and interesting to see: Vinkuran valey, Soline park of nature and Cavae Romanae quarry. The Vinkuran valey is ideal for long walks (walking trail is a couple of km long), relaxation and wonderfull sunset photos.... You can take a swim there - some parts of the valey are for swimmers, a part is a marina and a part is a dog beach (see photos)
Me and my family rent apartments in Vinkuran, peaceful and quiet area near the sea and happenings. I was a professor of philosophy and russian language, currently retired. My husband was a police officer, now retired and enjoys feeding birds and performing some repairing around the house. My daughter is a teacher and researcher. We have a golden retreiver, Dor. My husband and I have been building this house over the many years of waiver. House has been finished and furnished around the year 2000. We have been renting apartments ever since.
Vinkuran is a small village on the southwest coast of Istria. It is placed 4 km from Pula on the crossroad of road for Medulin and Premantura. The seaside and sights are within max 20 min driving distance: Park of the nature Rt Kamenjak, Medulin, Pula, and Nezakcij – you can visit here archaeological findings, go to panoramic flights, wind surfing, glass boot, boat trips; and the night life is nearby. Best way to describe our location is: CLOSE ENOUGH AND FAR ENOUGH. It is placed only few minutes driving from the happenings, and still far enough to offer you peace, quiet and privacy. Other Activities: panoramic flight with aeroplane, boat with glas bottom excursion, horseback riding, windsurfing, aquarium Golf: There is small golf course 7 km away from Vinkuran, and a bigger one (18 hole) on the isle Brijuni which is set cca 30 km away from Vinkuran.
