*Note: Groups of young people are allowed only upon prior request and approval by the owner.* Villa Mochi is a modern villa located in Pićan, ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a spacious living room with access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen also includes a filter coffee machine. The fully fenced outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a children's playground, an outdoor kitchen with a dining area, and a charcoal barbecue.
