Property info

Villa Modrić is located in a village near Pazin, in the heart of Istria. It accommodates up to 6 guests (ideally 4) and offers a comfortable stay in a natural setting. The villa has two bedrooms. One features a king-size bed, while the other has two single beds that can be joined or separated if needed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. The living room includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine. The outdoor area features a saltwater pool and a fully fenced landscaped garden (1.8 m fence). Sun loungers and a parasol are available by the pool, and the outdoor dining area with an electric grill is ideal for gatherings.

The surroundings of the villa offer many opportunities to explore central Istria – from visiting Pazin with its famous cave and medieval castle, to cycling and hiking trails through the Istrian landscape. Nearby you will also find local taverns and wineries where you can enjoy authentic Istrian flavors and wines.
