Rovinj is one of the best and most popular summer destinations in Croatia.  This luxury villa consists of two floors. First floor has spacious living room with direct exit to the garden. There is also fully equipped kitchen, dining area, utility room and guest toilet. One bedroom is also placed in the ground floor, it has direct exit to the garden, room is equipped with SAT TV, shower bathroom, and air-conditioning. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. All have SAT TV, Air Conditioning and en-suite shower bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a private balcony and the master bedroom has a spa bath and a gym. Outdoor area is dominated by a heated swimming pool.
