This beautiful Villa is a detached house, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside, and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. This beautiful house can accommodate up to 10 people and is spread over the ground and first floors. The house consists of 2 fully equipped apartments, each of 100 m2. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. On the first floor, there is a living room, an equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. A sofa bed for two people is available to guests on the ground floor as well as on the first floor. A private pool with sun loungers, barbecue, and outdoor dining area are also available to guests. Guests have pool heating at their disposal, and the fee of 50 eur per day for pool heating is paid directly at the Villa. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking, which is located in front of the house. Since the house is located in a residential area, the accommodation is more suitable for families.
