Villa My Koltrina is a vacation house in central Istria that's very elegant, from beautifully manicured garden all the way to the interior. The exterior ensures privacy because the land is fairly large and it's surrounded by nature with an inviting pool, a roofed terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a well-maintained lawn. Behind the classic facade of this lovely property you will find a bright interior with four bedrooms and a wonderful open-space area on the ground floor. This is all followed by several interesting features, such as an amazing staircase, original wall art, and also areas for entertainment and relaxation – you can enjoy a hot tub, work out in the house's gym or play darts and table tennis during the rainy days.

We are a couple who built own dream house where we enjoy together with our children and friends away from the fast paced pace. We want to offer this opportunity to all guests who appreciate relaxation and having fun in home environment with lots of small details that bring joy. The name of the villa "My Koltrina" means "My Curtain" behind which reigns joy and comfort framed according to your wishes.

The charming little hamlet of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to experience the gentle, relaxed pace of life that to this day is still typical for rural Istria. At only 14 km away, Svetvincenat is an appealing local town with an imposing medieval, stone castle at its heart and a good selection of amenities including a post office and a couple of restaurants. At also 14km away is Vodnjan - a charming town with visible Venetian influence in its many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes. At around a 20 minute drive beautiful pebble beaches can be found to the north and south of Rovinj, the most romantic town in Istria and popular holiday destination and in Fazana, which has its own lovely harbour from where you can hire boats and water taxis to take you to the beautiful national park islands of Brioni. Be sure to also visit the region capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheatre hosts regular film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by famous artists.
