Studio u Villa NEDE 3 nalazi se na samoj plaži, 10-tak metara udaljen od mora, vrlo moderno napravljen, sa terasom-balkonom sa kojeg se pruža predivna slika na plažu, more i cijelu Podgoru. Studio-apartman se sastoji od jedne velike prostorije u kome je moderna kuhinja sa stolom za jelo, SAT TV i kaučem. Visokom vitrinom je odjeljen spavaći dio sa bračnim krevetom 160x200 cm. Cijeli prostor je klimatiziran. U studio apartmanu ima sef, kutija prve pomoći, aparat za gašenje, sušilo za kosu i mašina za pranje rublja. Izdvojili bi još i kupaonicu koja je vrlo moderna i potpuno nova, besplatni internet i besplatni parking ispred ville.
Vaš domačin Goran Jakić je vrlo ugodan i učinit će sve da Vaš boravak u Villi NEDE 3 bude nezaboravan.
Dio Podgore u kome je smještena Villa NEDE 3 je vrlo miran sa privatnim villama koje su direktno na plaži. U blizini je marina, restorani i pizzerija.
