Villa Nella is a modern and comfortable villa in the heart of Istria, designed for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The villa features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a washing machine for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a private saltwater swimming pool, spacious outdoor terraces, a barbecue area and a beautifully landscaped garden. Located near the main road to Poreč, the villa offers quick and easy access to the coast without the need to drive through multiple villages. Beaches, restaurants and local attractions are just 15–20 minutes away.
We are passionate about an active and healthy lifestyle and love everything Istria has to offer. We enjoy sports, great food and discovering beautiful places, which is why we carefully chose this location. Tennis courts, cycling routes, beaches and many other activities can be found nearby, especially in Poreč. We also appreciate good-quality food and have discovered several excellent local restaurants that we are always happy to recommend to our guests. Our goal is to help you experience Istria like a local and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.
Villa Nella is located in a peaceful part of Tinjan, surrounded by nature and beautiful walking routes. The village centre, local restaurants, small shops and a fresh bread vending machine are just a 10-minute walk away. Tinjan is famous for its traditional Istrian prosciutto, and guests can visit local prosciutto producers and enjoy authentic local cuisine. There are also local beekeepers nearby offering delicious homemade honey. The villa is ideally located with quick access to Poreč and the Adriatic coast. Beaches, restaurants, tennis courts and many popular attractions can be reached within 15–20 minutes by car.
