Kuća je smještana na iznimnoj lokaciji gdje jamči potpunu osamu i diskreciju u netaknutoj prirodi daleko od gradske buke i vrućeg asfalta a opet dovoljno blizu civilizacije i svega što je potrebno za opskrbu hranom i namirnicama, izlete, šetnje i rekreaciju.
Domaćica je mlada i puna života, sa velikom željom da kvalitetno ugosti obitelji i pristojne goste koji žele hedonistički uživati u prirodi i wellnessu.
Cijelo imanje je ograđeno, ima prilazni video nadzor, u blizini na udaljenosti od 1,5 km su dva prirodna izvora ljekovite pitke vode. Također u blizini na udaljenosti od 1,5 km su dva ribogojilišta pastrve na kojima se svakodnevno može kupiti svježa izvorska pastrva. Postoji mogućnost lova i ribolova. 500 metara od kuće teče rijeka Vrljika. Kuća je na lokaciji koja jamči osamu i diskreciju u čistoj prirodi uz zvukove ptica i divljih životinja. Noći su hladne i ugodne za spavanje.
