Villa Nika Apartment 1 is located in the peaceful seaside village of Ika, 400 m from the sea and 5 km from Opatija. The villa has three separate units, each with its own private entrance. The apartment accommodates up to four guests and includes one bedroom with a double bed, a TV, and a terrace with sea views. The living room features a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, a desk, and a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet, and another with a shower, toilet, and sink. Guests can use a shared charcoal barbecue and a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Several beaches are nearby: Kvarner Beach (900 m), Ičići Beach (1.3 km), Medveja Beach (4.1 km), Slatina Beach (4.1 km), and Tomaševac Beach (5.3 km), offering swimming, sunbathing, water sports, and family-friendly facilities.
