This villa is blessed with a sweeping panoramic view and that is one of the things that makes this home so special. It is located on a hill overlooking the town and is surrounded by pine trees that provides complete privacy. Villa consists of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, terrace and swimming pool (8*2.5m). Interior is furnished in a modern luxurious way. For fun you have billiards and for those active there is a gym. Outside besides the pool you can also enjoy in your private hacienda surrounded by plants and flowers. If you are a passionate about sports, cultural events, concerts, parties for children or night life, a small fishing town Novigrad guarantees plenty of fun and unforgettable events for all age groups.

Novigrad - a picturesque historic Dalmatian town situated on the southern coast of the Novigrad sea in the narrow and long bay below the mountain Velebit. Built in the form of a trapeze, bordered by the walls that are now only traced, it was built on the remains of the fort at the top of the hill from which it descends to the sea. The river Zrmanja flows into Novigrad sea, so it is rich in fish and shellfish. Thanks to the happy combination of natural and cultural beauty, small bays in the shade of pine trees and well-kept baths, Novigrad is a true paradise for every guest. On the river Zrmanja you can enjoy rafting, canoeing and kayaking while Novigrad can easily be visited by national parks (Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka, Kornati), Velebit Nature Park, Cerovačke pećine (the largest cave complex in Croatia) and ornithological reserve Vrana Vransko lake.
