Villa Olea is a well maintained and private holiday estate that offers all the amenities of a luxury home. It is a lovely edifice made in Dalmatian style stonework, set in a peaceful green belt between the picturesque villages of Splitska and Postira, overlooking the Brac channel. The Villa Olea estate is certain to awaken the latent adventurer within anyone, with its 7000 square meters of surrounding land and the private footpath that leads to a secluded beach with pristine water. Cosy rooms decorated with original artworks of famous local painters and sculptors, inspire the mind and add a flavour of local culture. A Roman stile gazebo delivers on the promise of romance, with its breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea. Multiple sun terraces and a professional sized tennis court, are more of the luxuries that await the guests. The surrounding Mediterranean garden is vast and lush, luring one to wander the impressive olive grove and orchard.
The owner, Robert Kakarigi, is a photographer, writer, scuba diver and an expert advisor on sustainable development & ecotechnology. Every arrival party is welcomed by the owner, with a helping of the gold medal winning, extra-virgin olive oil from the estate. He remains at your disposal to lend assistance with the local services, attractions and activities that would ensure that they get everything necessary for a marvellous holiday.
At Villa Olea guests enjoy the space and freedom of their own contemporary stony house by the sea with the added benefits afforded by hotels, swimming pools, bars, and restaurants situated in the nearby villages and towns.
