Villa One je potpuno novo izgrađeni objekt uređen sa detaljno biranim kvalitetnim materijalima. Brinuli smo o tome da svaki gost osjeti dozu luksuza. Velik privatni parking za 7 vozila, široke stepenice koje vode do kuće te indirektna rasvjeta za sve prostore namijenjene kretanju gosta omogućavaju sigurno kretanje, Velika ulazna vrata i prostor koji se skriva iz njih već na prvo otvanje izaziva znatiželju. Veća soba na katu ima vlastitu kupaonicu te dodatnu samostojeću kadu nasuprot kreveta iz koje se pruža prekrasan pogled. Manja soba, jednako kao i veća ima vlastitu kupaonicu s velikim walk-in tušom. Obje sobe imaju terasu na kojoj gosti mogu ispijati prvu jutarnju kavu uz cvrkut ptica i miru, mogu meditirati ili jednostavno uživati u pogledu. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane, a za one zimogrozne tu je podno grijanje koje će ugrijati svako hladno stopalo i kamin na drva za dodatni ugođaj. Gostima su na raspolaganju i finska sauna i vanjski grijani bazen. Villa One se nalazi u "Parku prirode Žumberak-Samoborsko gorje" u prekrasnom vikend području, okružena vinogradima i gotovo čitavu godinu okupana suncem. S vrha parcele vidi se grad Zagreb, a pogled se dalje pruža prema Pisarovini, Jastrebarskom i Karlovačkoj županiji. Sa vrha parcele u smjeru sjevera mogu se vidjeti prekrasna brda i šume Plešivice gdje se nalazi planinarski dom Poljanice. Idealno mjesto za sve ljubitelje planinarenja i brdskog biciklizma. Svega 25 minuta vožnje od Ville One nalazi se stoljetni grad Samobor poseban po svojoj arhitekturi, kulturnoj baštini i mnogim restoranima sa domaćom kuhinjom. Svega 10 minuta vožnje nalazi se najbliži grad Jastrebarsko sa svim potrebnim sadržajima potrebnim za neometani duži boravak.
