Villa Orka is holiday rental property situated in the small historic city of Omišalj only 10m from the beach and the sea. It’s 5 min drive from the Omišalj city center, 5 min drive from the airport and island of Krk bridge... Villa Orka has its own private parking (1) and an elevator. Apartment is situated on the 1st floor facing the sea and the beach, features fast Internet via WiFi, 3 x air-conditioning (each bedroom and living room), 2 bedrooms with (1 x twin bed, 2 x bed), 2 bathrooms with washing machine (1 x with shower and toilet, 1 x toilet only), large living room with dinning area, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 big flat screen TVs, safe, vast terrace with chairs and table with awning... Apartment is perfect for 4 persons, families or friends.
My family origins are from Omišalj so I continued family tradition of hospitlity at our household.
Omišalj will welcome you with its picturesque historic centre, which is located on an 85-metre-high cliff and where you can explore an exceptional cultural and historical heritage and experience the spirit of times gone by. There is also an attractive coast with hotels, beaches and a marina. Thanks to its mild climate and excellent position close to the bridge, the airport and the city of Rijeka, Omišalj is a vibrant tourist destination with a tradition dating back more than 100 years. Omišalj is today a town full of historic monuments and has a rich cultural and architectural heritage. This is attested to by the ruins of the Roman town of Fulfinum from the 1st century AD, the Early Christian basilica of Mirine from the 5th century AD, and many other cultural monuments.
