The villa also includes three fully-equipped bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a beautifully designed living and dining area. Breakfast can be prepared for you upon request. A spacious 40 sqm pool in front of the villa invites you to swim and relax, while the beach, just 25 meters away, provides access to the crystal-clear Adriatic waters. Unwind on comfortable sun loungers with a refreshing drink, dive into a favorite book, or simply take in the stunning blue sea views.
