This authentic Istrian semi-detached house Villa Paradise is part of a ranch located in the village Goli Vrh, 7 kilometers from Umag, the leading tourist destination in Northwestern Istria. As the only house in this village, it is surrounded by forests and beautiful meadows with grazing horses and sheep, which are part of the story of this ranch. The house was built in the 18th century and it had served the family and their workers who farmed the surrounding land. This ranch provides synergy of nature and everyday life: here you can see the production of ECO sheep cheese made according to a 300 years old traditional recipe and visit the riding school where we provide therapeutic, recreational and professional horseback riding. Villa Paradise was completely renovated in early 2016 in the original Istrian style and offers its guests a high standard of comfort and authenticity. Situated on a fenced plot of 1000m2, with a beautiful view of the pastures and countryside, it offers its guests an outdoor pool, a terrace with barbecue to socialize outdoors, sheep cheese tasting and horseback riding. House is situated near Umag the most important tourist spot in northwest of Istria in a peaceful locality surrounded by woods and meadows. Ideal for families, couples that seeking for luxury holiday in the middle of nature. House have private enclosed garden with the pool that is exclusively only for guest of the house. The very popular water park Istralandia is 10-15 minut avay of us with the car.
