Villa Paronich is located on a property outside the village of Prodol. The villa is 20 km from Pula and 20 km from Labin. It is surrounded by forests and agricultural property nearby. This villa is a quiet, relaxing, safe and peaceful place. The villa has available private parking with three parking spaces and is fenced. Within the villa there is a large swimming pool of 43 m2, which can be heated if necessary to make it comfortable to stay in it. The pool can be heated upon request at an additional charge. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and TVs. The bathrooms have elegant shower cabins with glass walls. The large kitchen with the living room has several different appliances used for preparing food and drinks, such as a toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven... An additional feeling of comfort on colder days is provided by underfloor heating installed throughout the villa. The villa has two spacious terraces under which you can stay and enjoy the shade during the heat of the day. Sauna and outdoor grill are offered as additional facilities. When you want to have some fun, you can use the pool table, table football and table tennis.

Dear guests, my name is Patrik and I will be your host whenever you come to visit Villa Paronich. I have an agricultural farm and nearby I grow agricultural products such as various vegetables, I also have my own vineyard from which I produce wine and an immortelle plantation from which hydrolate, and essential oil are obtained. We also offer eggs laid by chickens that roam around the property. I also have domestic animals (chickens, sheep, cows) that can be viewed. Also, within our villa you can try our autochthonous domestic products and various Istrian delicacies and famous Istrian brandies. All agricultural products are available upon guest's request and can be purchased for consumption during the stay in the villa or as a nice gift for a loved one.
