Villa Pietra provides rustic, modern charm at its best and is the perfect private getaway if you are looking for both relaxation and fun in the sun.
This luxury villa is set in 560 M2 garden, surrounded with a beautiful terrace which includes a private barbeque,sauna and heatedpool at the front of the house. There is an additional terrace on the other end of the property with a trampoline and kids play area.
The well-presented, radiant and spacious interior is beautifully decorated marrying modern, traditional and rustic elements, with cool stonework and exposed beams all soaked in an abundance of natural light and contemporary finishes.
This unique two-story, four-bedroom villa is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the bedrooms, the house includes three newly-decorated bathrooms an open plan kitchen and living room area.
The ground floor entrance opens onto a main large living room, open plan kitchen and dining room area that features gallery and beamed ceilings. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes.
