The villa is located in a pine forest in a quiet neighborhood close to the sea. The owner of the house, coming from a well-known stonemason family, took a good care of the house. Several types of high-quality Brač stone were used for the cladding of the house, terraces, stairs, railings and floors. The house has more than 200m2 of spacious sunny terraces and balconies. All apartments have a view of the sea. The apartments have quality furniture and well-equipped kitchens. Guests can use a large stone fireplace near the house (separate house) and a spacious shaded parking lot. The owners are very attentive and helpful. A smaller beach is directly below the house. Two large pebble beaches in the beautiful bays behind Sumartin are about a kilometer apart.

Sumartin is a picturesque town located in one of the bays on the southeastern coast of the island of Brač. The clean sea (swimming even in the port), the offer of fresh fish from local fishermen, beautiful nature, the possibility of contact with the untouched countryside, healthy food and the possibility of entertainment in nearby Bol, make Sumartin an attractive holiday destination.
