Blue Bay Krnica is a collection of 6 private villas with private overflow pools, set in the quiet Istrian village of Krnica. Your villa will be assigned based on availability in one of the 3 villas under our management. The villas share the same standard of comfort and design. Each villa spans two floors and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a ground-floor toilet with washing machine, and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The villas are brand new, modern, and tastefully furnished. Sea views can be enjoyed from most areas of the villa, and the upper floor offers views of the Adriatic and the island of Cres. The private pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The garden is fenced with a net fence and mature green plants, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. Pets are welcome. Designed for year-round stays: underfloor heating throughout, a fireplace in the living room, and air conditioning in every room keep the villa comfortable in any season. The living and dining area opens directly onto the outdoor sundeck and pool. Within walking distance, you will find 3 restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, a Konzum grocery shop, and a bakery. The sea, a dog-friendly beach, and the harbor are just 2 km away.
