The villa is located in Bast near Baška Voda, Makarska Riviera, surface area 450 m2 on three floors, renovated in 2027. Guests will enjoy 4 rooms and private bathrooms for up to 8+2 people. In the lower part there is a garage for one vehicle as well as a room for washing and drying clothes with a toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. From here you can reach the terrace and the pool. There is also a fitness room with a sauna and a bathroom here. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each room with its own high-quality bathroom and a balcony or terrace with a view of the sea. The whole house is bathed in sun and light thanks to the large windows. Within the house there is a large beautiful swimming pool with heating and cooling as well as hydro massage, surface area 35m2 and depth 1.5 m in all parts, with modern deckchairs and outdoor shower. The pool is equipped with the highest standards of water purifiers. Around the villa there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden and additional parking spaces if you are arriving by car.
