Villa Rocco is a charming traditional Istrian stone house, originally built in 1920 and carefully renovated in 2006, when it first opened its doors to guests. Nestled on the eastern coast of Istria in the foot of the Učka mountain park, the villa offers a peaceful holiday retreat in a tranquil rural setting. In 2025, it underwent a second renovation, combining authentic charm with modern comfort. The villa features 2 elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for couples or small families. Guests can enjoy a private pool, hot tub, and a beautifully maintained garden with a BBQ area, hammock, and swing. Villa Rocco is just a short drive from our local Copacabana Beach, local restaurants, and the charming town of Labin. Whether you are looking for a romantic escape or a relaxing family holiday, Villa Rocco offers peace, comfort, and unforgettable moments in Istria.
The villa is situated in a peaceful rural setting near Kršan and Vozilići, in the foot of the Učka mountain park. This is one of the few remaining parts of Istria where nature still shapes the landscape. The area is known for its wide-open views, olive groves, forests, and small traditional villages — not for mass tourism. There are no large resorts, no traffic noise, and no crowded roads, making it ideal for guests who want to escape the bustle of the lively coastal towns. In just 6 minutes, you can reach Vozilići, where you can buy fresh bread, groceries, and everyday essentials. In 12 minutes, you can be in Štrmac, where larger supermarkets and additional services are available. Several excellent local restaurants are nearby, including Tri Murve in Vozilići, Stare Staze in Kršan, and Ferali in Štrmac, all known for their authentic Istrian cuisine. Despite its peaceful inland location, the coast is surprisingly close. The popular beaches of Copacabana and Rabac are just a short drive away, offering crystal-clear water, cafés, and water sports, while the wild, dramatic beaches of Brseč lie in the opposite direction — ideal for those who prefer a more natural and less crowded setting.
