Situated only 12 km from Porec and it's sea and centre, built of stone on land of 1200 m2. Villa Roma has 200 m2 of living space, a large living room on the ground floor offers enough space to relax . Also there is the kitchen with dinning area, 2 bedrooms with exit on terrace and one large bathroom. On the first floor are two comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor terrace has sea view and gorgeous view on Alps. All bedroom has TV's, and all house had underfloor cooling system. Large garden has private pool and summer kitchen with BBQ and table for eight. Surrounded by greenery and trees, this property is a perfect pick for a holiday. Breathtaking terrace view Beautiful garden Baderna is a small village only 5 minutes drive to Porec, a largest tourist spot in Istria, with many activities.
