Villa San Andrea is a beautiful rustic villa, ideal for 8 people. It is located in the small Istrian village of Čabrunići in the municipality of Svetvinčenat. The villa is located in a quiet location, which offers a break from the summer crowds and a true vacation. The location of the villa is perfect, it provides complete relaxation and peace, and a lot of privacy, a quiet neighborhood, and the entire property is surrounded by a stone wall. If you decide to leave the comfort of the villa, it is only a 15-minute drive to the beautiful, crystal-clear sea, or one of the many picturesque towns typical of the Istrian region. Explore the Renaissance town of Svetvinčenat or San Vincenti, an Istrian gem with a rich tourist offer and numerous events, Placa Square with the Morosini - Grimani castle, and the highly valued remains of wall frescoes in the church of St. Vincent. Villa San Andrea offers fully air-conditioned accommodation, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, 4 bedrooms with bed linen, 4 bathrooms with hair dryers and towels, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and dishes.
