Villa Sansa is a newly finished luxury 6-bedroom villa with private 54 m2 heated eco pool (depth 1.45 m), spacious furnished terrace, roofed jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Property provides a beautiful view over Klis fortress, Split, sea and the islands. Villa is spread over 3 stories with 270 m2 interior and 1000 m2 total, including the sundeck with sun beds and umbrellas, and additional terrace and 5 balconies. It features 4 double and 2 single bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining and living room, accommodating 10 guests max. Villa also provides free Starlink high-speed internet, SAT Smart TVs, wine fridge, Weber gas grill, laundry room, game room, darts, 2 bicycles and children's playground with trampoline. Heat pump with fan coils is used for heating and cooling the entire house. Free private parking is provided at the property - 4 spots in the private garage and 2 outside spots.
