Beautiful stone Istrian villa with private pool in a quiet location near Poreč. Villa Santolina has two bedrooms, a large beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (32 m2). On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. Two comfortable and spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has a double bed and a sofa for two people. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the bedrooms. Pets are welcome at no extra charge (max 2). Spend your vacation in Istria with your family or friends in this beautiful stone villa that will delight you with its comfort and authentic details.

Holiday house Santolina is located in Stifanići. Stifanići is an authentic Istrian town rich in Istrian architecture and beautiful green surroundings. (olive groves and vineyards). In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful nearby beaches and towns of the west coast of Istria. (Poreč, Rovinj, Vrsar). In the immediate vicinity is the Limski Kanal picnic area, where you can find famous local restaurants, jogging trails, cycling trails and beautiful viewpoints.
