Property info

Detached house in exclusive residential location, with stunning view of the gulf of Piran. On a clear day the view stretches far to the Italian coast and the Alpine mountain range. The infinity pool, the large grass covered patio and sun deck offer the perfect environment to relax and enjoy your holiday. The ground floor pool house with fully equipped kitchen, fridge and BBQ is just a few steps away, to maximise your comfort. The house has four double bedrooms on three different floors, which makes it ideal for groups of friends or couples who need privacy.

Neighborhood info

This property is located in a very sought-after residential area just steps away from the popular Kempinski-Skiper tourist resort. The beach is just a few steps below the house, with private access from the house. A full size golf course is just 250m away. There are tennis courts in the neighbourhood, two excellent restaurants in the hotel and resort, a small grocery shop for essentials is 100m up the road. The Petram Resort is just a five minute drive away, or 15-20 minutes if you decide to walk along the beautiful coast.
