Villa Seabatical offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic coast with luxurious privacy. The spacious villa has a living space of over 200 square meters and extends over two floors. In addition to a first-class kitchen, the luxurious holiday home is equipped with four spacious and elegantly stylish double bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning and TV, while each en-suite bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. A private pool is available outside the villa, next to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your barbeque evenings. The closest beach is just a few minutes walking distance from the villa.

Villa Seabatical is located in Rtina, near Razanac and Zadar, Croatia. Razanac is a small port town on the southern part of the Velebit Canal. With almost 1,000 inhabitants, it is mostly quiet and tranquil here, which is what attracts holidaymakers looking for relaxation here again and again. In addition to the crystal clear and blue sea water, the area also offers a lot in terms of landscape and culture. The nearby cities of Zadar, Nin, Vir, Biograd and Pag offer countless cultural events, leisure activities and natural attractions and can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.
