Located just a short drive from the Adriatic beaches, the villa provides excellent access to both the coastline and the Dalmatian hinterland. Spread across three fully equipped floors, the property is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples travelling together. The ground floor is designed for entertainment, featuring billiards and table soccer, while the main living area offers a spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation, with comfortable bedrooms and balconies where guests can enjoy peaceful mornings and stunning views.
