Villa Sterpazzi – 5-star villa with sea view, saltwater pool, jacuzzi & sauna near Poreč Villa Sterpazzi is a stylish property built in traditional Istrian natural stone architecture, combining modern comfort with Mediterranean charm. Located in a quiet area near Poreč, it offers privacy, spacious terraces and beautiful views over the Istrian landscape towards the sea. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a private terrace with sea view. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The bright living area connects the living room, dining area and a modern kitchen. Large windows open towards the garden and pool area. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, with streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Outside, you will find a private saltwater pool (can be heated / extra charge), surrounded by sun loungers, terraces and a Mediterranean garden. The fenced property ensures privacy and plenty of space to relax. The villa also offers a jacuzzi, sauna, covered outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. The outdoor area is largely barrier-free, and one bedroom on the ground floor features extra-wide doors. An electric vehicle charging station is available directly at the villa (usage for an additional fee). Guests can arrive conveniently via self check-in with a personal access code. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a small Istrian welcome gift, including a fruit basket, two bottles of wine and local olive oil. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling tours through the Istrian countryside, and four bicycles are available free of charge. The villa offers plenty of space, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere – perfect for enjoying a holiday together.

Welcome to Villa Sterpazzi. I originally grew up in Switzerland, where attention to quality, comfort and hospitality is very important. My goal is to provide a relaxing and high-quality experience so that guests can truly enjoy their stay in the villa and the beautiful region of Istria. I usually welcome my guests personally and am always happy to help with recommendations, tips or any questions during your stay. I speak German, English and Russian, and I will gladly help you discover the best places, restaurants and attractions around Poreč and Istria. My aim is that guests feel comfortable and at home at Villa Sterpazzi and hopefully return again in the future.

The charming historic village of Višnjan is located nearby and offers small local shops, a bakery, restaurants and a traditional butcher. The village is also known for its famous astronomical observatory. The beaches and the historic old town of Poreč, with its restaurants, cafés, marina and the famous Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site), can be reached within a short drive. For families with children, popular attractions nearby include the Istralandia Water Park, one of the largest water parks in Croatia, and the Dinopark Funtana, a theme park with life-size dinosaurs and shows for kids. Istria is also well known for its wineries and olive oil producers, and the region offers many opportunities for wine tastings and visits to traditional Istrian taverns (konobas) with excellent local cuisine. Popular excursion destinations include the romantic hilltop town Motovun, the coastal town Rovinj, and the impressive Roman Amphitheatre in Pula, one of the best-preserved ancient arenas in the world. The area is perfect for cycling tours through the beautiful Istrian countryside, with vineyards, olive groves and picturesque villages.
