Villa Sulic is a classic stone house nestled in the Biokovo mountains, just 12 kilometers from the sea. Villa Sulic has just been fully-renovated with modern conveniences, while retaining the charm of an old stone home.
The home features a cozy family room with electric fireplace, TV and large sectional sofa that converts to a bed. The kitchen includes electric stove hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, tea kettle, plus modern dishes, flatware and serving items. Dining table seats up to 6 people. You'll also find a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet room on the main floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and access to balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, desk with chair, wardrobe and air conditioning. One bedroom bed can be divided in two singles
The outdoor space features a large garden with pool, covered lounging area with a TV, separate covered dining area with wood fire grill, and four large sunning lounge chairs. Green landscaping surrounds you adding the relaxing feel of the villa.
All linens (sheets, duvets, blankets), bathroom towels and pool/beach towels included with the villa.
Villa Sulic is hosted by the Sulic family. Originally built in the late 1800s as a family home, it was then used to host the traveling doctor and/or teacher in the village of Zagvozd. In 2021, the Sulic family started the process of fully-renovating the home. The Sulic family is excited to welcome guests to experience the classic charm of an old stone home with modern conveniences.
Zagvozd is a village in the heart of the Imotski region. Local attractions include the Blue and Red Lakes or a hike up to the peak of St. Jure. Guests are just 12 kilometers from Boska Voda, a lively seaside town. Markaska is only 22 kilometers away. Guests can make the easy drive into Split to take in the 2000 year old Diocletian's Palace. Villa Sulic is an ideal location within central Dalmatjia, with easy highway access.
