Welcome to Villa Suzi Donkey Farm 🫏 – a unique family farm stay where apartments, donkeys and everyday life naturally belong together. Here, your holiday is more than just accommodation. Children and adults can meet and interact with our friendly donkeys, experience life on a small family farm and enjoy a relaxed stay in nature with beautiful sea views. Farm visits for our guests take place daily between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. During this time, we are present and guide the interactions with the animals. On the first visit, we introduce you to the donkeys and daily farm life, and depending on the situation, we may offer donkey riding and/or a short carriage ride within the farm area. The property offers two swimming areas: a classic swimming pool and a natural swimming pond with biological water filtration. Between the pools, there is a covered pergola with a shared seating area – a perfect place to relax while children enjoy their time outdoors. Our apartments are simple, clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a peaceful and relaxed family holiday. Ideal for families, nature lovers and guests looking for an authentic and peaceful holiday experience.

We live and work directly on the property and run the farm and apartments as a family. Daily life here is shaped by caring for the animals and the ongoing work on the farm. We are always happy to help with tips, answer questions or share a bit about farm life – as the day allows. Some guests enjoy personal contact and conversation, while others prefer to keep to themselves and enjoy the peace. Both are equally welcome here. Creating a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for families is at the heart of what we do.

Our farm is located in a quiet and natural setting above the sea, surrounded by greenery and open views. Beaches, restaurants and excursion destinations can be reached within a short drive, so having a car is recommended and makes your stay more flexible. Thanks to the elevated position, the property offers a beautiful panoramic sea view, which many guests describe as one of the highlights of their stay. The area is ideal for relaxing holidays, beach days and exploring the Kvarner region – while enjoying calm evenings away from the crowds.
