Villa Suzy is perfect for a vacation with family and friends who want to have a great time together in beautiful town Medulin. *** *** Villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. *** With its 250m2 living space and 700m2 outside space, the villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. *** On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area as well as a bright and open living room with direct access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside. *** On the first floor there are 4 more air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and television, each with its own bathroom (two bedrooms have an open bathroom). **** NOTE: One of the bathrooms is without toilet. Two bedrooms have their own balcony. *** In addition to the rooms on the first floor, there is air conditioning in the kitchen and in the living room. *** On disposal, guest also have: Iron + Ironing board, WiFi Internet, Washing machine, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat, parking in front on house for up to 4 cars. *** The refreshing 38m2 private pool is the centerpiece of the villa and is where you will probably spend most of your holiday. Depth of the pool is 140cm.
