Villa Tea is a detached, modern built Villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with private garden. It can accommodate up to 4 persons. The beautiful newly built Villa Tea is located in the quiet town of Rožac near Umag. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs for dining. In the private garden, guests can enjoy the BBQ area, and children have a trampoline at their disposal. Terrace, washing machine, SAT TV, free Wifi and free parking is also available to the guests. Due to the location (the house is located in a residential area), parties are prohibited and it is more suitable for families.
