Villa Umago Istra private pool garage by rentistra is located on a hill overlooking the sea. A private villa, that you will have all to yourself is located on 750 square meters of grounds so there is plenty of green, sun as well as shade with places to rest and enjoy your privacy. This luxury villa with large outdoor pool features open sea views, private pool with sun deck with a gazebo and sun loungers for all and a large garden with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fireplace and sitting area. Pool that was made in 2024 uses hydrolysis that turns salt water into disinfectants and does not require added chlorine, which is healthier and does not irritate your eyes. Three bedrooms one of them with shower other two with it's own bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and outside shower and large terrace overlooking the sea. Equipped with AC, two fireplaces with barbecue facilities and outdoor as well as indoor kitchen. This Istrian house is completely private with sea and forest views and no neighbor between you and the sea on the horizon. WiFi is available throughout the villa, there is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and garage for two cars with remote, with two more outdoor parking spaces. There is also a large garden with sea views and automatic watering system for the perfect soft green lawn.

We are Ana and Hrvoje, locals that studied and lived abroad. We travel a lot in the off season, but are always happy to return to our beloved Istria. We speak English, Italian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Slovenian, German and are learning Chinese (passed HSK1). We will do our best to make your stay enjoyable, informed and carefree. If you wish we would love to share information about the best Istrian restaurants, wineries, beaches, local brands, hidden gems, towns and villages, caves, walks, bicycle rides, markets and farms.

Umag is a vibrant Istrian seaside town, this detached villa with private pool is located on a hill overlooking the sea and forrest. Sea views and gentle sea breeze come as Istrian standard and there is nothing between you and the sea but lush green forests. Located in a place that is not crowded with tourists, but rather a secluded oasis that is close to the sea, but far enough to escape the usual hustle and bustle associated with summer on the Adriatic coast.
