Peaceful luxury villa in Istria with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and large garden Villa Valpinia is idyllically located at the edge of a pine forest in Sveti Martin, in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean tranquility, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Set on a 1,500 m² property, the modern villa offers space for up to 8 guests across two floors. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide privacy and comfort. Large glass fronts open onto balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. The private 40 m² pool with hydromassage, counter-current system and outdoor shower is heated from May to October (~25 °C), allowing enjoyable swimming even outside the peak season. The spacious terrace with multiple seating areas and a barbecue area is ideal for shared meals and relaxed summer evenings. A children’s play area is also available. A private wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi ensures additional relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining area with fireplace form the heart of the home. Entertainment options include billiards, table football and darts. A high chair and baby bed are available on request. In addition to the parking spaces in the courtyard, there is a carport with space for two vehicles and a free electric car charging station. The villa is powered by a sustainable system using solar energy and heat pumps. The peaceful setting makes the villa both a retreat and an ideal base for excursions.
