The villa is surrounded by spacious (400m2) fenced garden and private swimming pool 8 x 5 m2. Located in greenery, oriented towards the sea, villa offers stunning sea view from the top floor. The interior (170m2) of the villa is spacious and bright, tastefully and modern furnished. It features 4 bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and lower ground floor room with a pool table. The exterior offers beautiful space for relaxation and cosy evening barbecue dinners.
