Villa Verde consists of two apartment units: „Oak“ located on the first floor with a balcony, and „Bay“ located on the ground floor with a terrace and garden access. The apartments are designed and inspired by the Villa Verde’s micro-location and its surrounding. The villa is surrounded with a 200-year-old Oak Tree forest and the first floor apartment is at it‘s height naturally seamlessly integrated with a beautiful view over the tree crowns. Apartment Bay is inspired by Dajla’s Bay which is only 200m walking distance from the house. The bay is also known for the beautiful sunsets with its orientation to the west. Perfect location for a sunset drink in one of the nearby beach bars. Both apartments are equipped with latest technology and utilities (Wi-Fi, 55 inch UHD TVs, Air Conditioning, De Longhi coffee machines, hair dryers, irons as well as fresh towels and linen). Upon your arrival the keys and quick introduction are done in person by the Villa‘s owner Sonja. We are also happy to answer any questions prior to your arrival.
