Our main activity is renting high-quality holiday homes with private pools, carefully selecting only the best properties, hosts, and local attractions. 

 The name IstriaLux combines the region we love with the term “lux” - for us, luxury is not about material opulence but a unique experience that creates lasting memories.

Rustic Villa Vernier is located in Kringa, near Tinjan and Poreč, offering the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and amenities for a relaxing holiday with family or a larger group. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor feature en-suite bathrooms and access to a shared terrace, while the third bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom located right next to it. All rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area, along with an additional WC and storage room. The living room includes a sofa bed (160x180 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a filter coffee machine, while an outdoor charcoal barbecue is available for cooking outside. In the spacious yard, enclosed by a stone wall and hedge, guests can enjoy the pool (32 m², depth 110–140 cm), outdoor jacuzzi, and children’s playground. Additional entertainment is provided by a table football for kids and darts. The villa offers the perfect setting for relaxation, socializing, and enjoying the nature of the Istrian countryside.

Near the villa, there is a public sports and recreation area with a small football pitch, padel court, and fitness trail, perfect for an active outdoor holiday. The nearest restaurant, Konoba Danijeli, is only 900 meters away and is known for its traditional local specialties. Shops, cafés, and markets are also easily accessible nearby. Those who enjoy exploring and beaches can visit Poreč, Tar, Vrsar, and Novigrad, where beautiful bays, cultural sights, and a wide range of attractions await.
