Villa Vial is located in Labinci near Kaštelir, 10 km from the town of Poreč. The house consists of three beautifully decorated holiday apartments that can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The house extends over three floors and consists of a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The combination of stylish rustic and modern design gives the interior a special charm. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, dining room and barbecue, as well as a well-kept garden. Furthermore, there you can find a large private outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols and plenty of space to relax while your children have fun on the slide, swing, trampoline or billiards. Five bicycles are available for guests. Private parking is provided in front of the house. IMPORTANT NOTE: Groups of young people are not allowed to stay in this villa. Loud parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.

The small village of Kastelir rises on a hill between Novigrad and Porec about 250m above sea level. A hill surrounded by vineyards and nature that offers fantastic sea views on both sides. Best starting point to experience sea and land. Everything can be reached in a short time. Very good road access, that is, leave the beautiful place, so you can be in a few minutes in Porec or Novigrad by the sea, or on the island of Lanterna spend his day, or very close to the place Tar. Also Rovinj is very fast to reach.
