The house is completely new, built from 2017 to 2018. on the place of the older, much smaller house. The numbers looks like this: living room with kitchen and toilet on the ground floor has 30 m2, first floor room with bathroom and toilet also 30m2, while in the attic is located room of 25 m2. Both rooms has bathroom and toilet, en suite. Along the west side of the house is a covered area of 25 m2 where is a fireplace with a wooden oven, and summer kitchen. In the front of the house is a large courtyard of 80 m2 covered with pergola on stone pillars. On the east side is a stone bench covered with cushions and two low tables, which is the lounge area of the courtyard. In the middle is a large table with 6 seats. On the west side of the courtyard is pool 25 m2 large and 1,5m deep. O loln the outskirts of the house there is an olive grove of 2000 m2. Most are located east of the road next to the house. The garden pavilion is erected in an olive grove equipped as an independent, small house. The house is of the official electrical grid. The hot water and electricity are otained through solar panel. The whole house is covered with Wi-Fi signal.
