This villa is a beautifully restored Istrian stone house with all the necessary modern amenities and a wonderfully preserved traditional charm. The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 + 2 guests in its 4 tastefully decorated double bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a creative, modern, open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The open-plan living area features a high ceiling with skylights, which make the room particularly bright and flooded with light. The staircase leads you to the charming loft area, which consists of the remaining 2 bedrooms (1 with an additional sofa bed for 2 people) and a shared bathroom. A bridge, located above the living area, connects the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The outdoor area offers a lovely place to relax, whether you want to sunbathe by the pool or take a refreshing swim. The covered outdoor dining area is equipped with a gas barbecue for al fresco dining, where you can be inspired by the well-known Istrian gastronomy :).
